September 4, 2018 at 2:36 pm #279157 JayMcGooParticipant Hi kparandeh, Hospice would be clinical volunteering, not clinical experience. Clinical experience is generally a paid position where you’re “close enough to smell the patient”, like being a scribe, medical assistant, EMT, or medical/surgical tech. Hope this helps, Jay September 5, 2018 at 3:24 pm #279171 kparandehParticipant Thanks for the reply Jay. What about firefighting? I currently respond to a variety of medical calls every day: VSA, trouble breathing, trauma, allergies, etc. Does that count? What about non-urgent ambulance driving? I’ve always wondered about that one. You can definitely “smell them” in this scenario haha. Let me know what you think mate Author Posts Log In Register Lost Password Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
