Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine is a 4-year DO-granting program that has three different campuses: East Lansing, Detroit, and Macomb. More than 70 percent of MSUCOM graduates practice in Michigan, and about half practice in primary care. Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine has many programs dedicated to educating students for future careers in health. In addition, MSUCOM offers many community service clinical learning opportunities such as Detroit Street Care, Spartan Street Medicine, and a student-run OMM clinic.
