The University of Minnesota has two different campuses, each with a different admissions office and a different emphasis. The Duluth campus has a focus on primary care in rural Minnesota, Native American health, and family medicine. The Duluth campus ranks number 3 in training and rural medicine, as well as number 2 for producing the most American Indian physician graduates. They offer mission-based research for students.
