The George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences is a 4-year MD-granting program that aims to graduate “Physician Citizens.” George Washington offers students nine scholarly concentrations to choose from, where one can get involved in the community and enrich oneself with education on subjects like global health, integrative medicine, and emergency management. The School of Medicine also splits students into learning communities that provide a collaborative environment and a sense of community.
