The New York University Long Island School of Medicine is a 3-year MD granting program that welcomed its first class in 2019. The NYU Long Island School of Medicine offers full-tuition scholarships for all students regardless of need or merit. The 3-year program has an emphasis on creating excellent clinicians and leaders in primary care fields. NYU Long Island School of Medicine wants their students to succeed and support them by providing students with an academic coach and specialty advisor throughout the duration of medical school. Students are also offered an early conditional residency application option which allows them to apply for a conditionally guaranteed residency spot in Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Surgery.
