Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine is a 4-year DO-granting program that welcomed its first class in 1977. Rowan is committed to service-learning and their community. This is shown through their student-run Health Center, OMM Clinic, and Healthy Lifestyle Center. Many describe the school as a family, and students feel the faculty are accessible to them and willing to help. Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine gives students the option to pick between a traditional curriculum or a Problem-Based-Learning (PBL) track. That way students can pick what works best for them.
