We highly recommend you complete the survey in advance as it will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete the survey. Please allocate sufficient time to complete survey in advance to ensure you can attend the virtual conference on time.
Registrations are not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation. Credit card payment only is accepted.
