Making a Strong First Impression in Your Personal Statement | MSHQ Workshop Series
February 20 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EST
Your personal statement is the first impression a med school will have of you as a person, beyond your stats. The goal of your personal statement is to draw in the reader and connect with them with your reasons of why you want to be a doctor. In this workshop, we will work through the initial seed that led you down this path, and show you how to explain the impact of your experience by focusing on the ‘why’ more so than ‘what’ to tell a story that will capture the attention of medical schools. You’ll have the chance to submit your personal statement for live feedback!
Register here! Replays will be sent to everyone registered.
