Stanford University Minority Medical Alliance (SUMMA)

Welcome to the SUMMA Conference registration page! To process your registration please select your affiliation and proceed with payment.  The SUMMA Conference is intended for students who are 18 years of age or older. Registrations will close 11:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, January 29, 2023 and is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend you may transfer your registration; please email the name and email address of your colleague or friend to SummaConference@stanford.edu by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2023.  Stanford University School of Medicine reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded.

All students will be required to provide demographic information prior to the conference. This information will be used to evaluate the conference. We highly recommend you complete the survey in advance as it will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete the survey. Please allocate sufficient time to complete survey in advance to ensure you can attend the virtual conference on time. 

Group and individual photos are taken at random throughout the SUMMA conference for promotional purposes. If you deny inclusion of your image in a random photo, please do not turn on your camera. If you do not want your name displayed in the image, then please do not have your name displayed while participating in the SUMMA conference. By not doing the above, this will serve as acceptance to use your image for promotional purposes of future SUMMA Conferences. Please note that recording our live streaming sessions on social media is prohibited.

Registrations are not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation. Credit card payment only is accepted.
