Registrations will close 11:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, January 29, 2023 and is nonrefundable. All students will be required to provide demographic information prior to the conference. This information will be used to evaluate the conference. We highly recommend you complete the survey in advance as it will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete the survey. Please allocate sufficient time to complete survey in advance to ensure you can attend the virtual conference on time.

Group and individual photos are taken at random throughout the SUMMA conference for promotional purposes. If you deny inclusion of your image in a random photo, please do not turn on your camera. If you do not want your name displayed in the image, then please do not have your name displayed while participating in the SUMMA conference. By not doing the above, this will serve as acceptance to use your image for promotional purposes of future SUMMA Conferences. Please note that recording our live streaming sessions on social media is prohibited.
