UAMS College of Medicine is one of the 6 pieces that make up the only academic health sciences university in Arkansas. The College of Medicine has two campuses: the main campus in Little Rock and the Northwest campus where 3rd and 4th years can complete their degrees. Due to Arkansas being ranked 48th in population health, NYITCOM at A-State is committed to bettering access for underserved and rural populations.
