Latrice Williams, M.J. has worked in higher education and admissions for over a decade, with a focus on medical and health professions education. She has served in leadership roles including Associate Director of Admissions & Enrollment at Chicago Medical School and Senior Admissions Counselor at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, where she supported applicants through every stage of the admissions process.
As an advisor, Latrice enjoys working with students who are thoughtful, motivated, and committed to their path toward medicine. She believes every student has a story worth telling and works closely with them to bring clarity and authenticity to their applications. Students appreciate her honest, supportive approach and her ability to break down what can feel like an overwhelming process into clear, actionable steps. She is especially passionate about supporting first-generation students, underrepresented minorities, and those navigating nontraditional paths.
Latrice holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Child Law & Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law. Her background has shaped her dedication to advocating for students and expanding access to medical education.
