Find out how this affordable, expert-guided program can help you stand out and secure your spot in med school.

The MCAT Immersive On Demand is an 80+ hour, high-intensity instructor led program designed to strengthen your MCAT problem-solving skills before test day.

The MCAT Immersive On Demand is designed for students who want the experience of learning from live instruction but need the flexibility to study on their own schedule. The sessions are recordings of our live classes, so it feels like you’re sitting in the classroom alongside other students.

This program is a great fit for:

    • Students preparing to take the MCAT, regardless of where they are in their timeline.
    • Students testing in 2026 who need a structured, high-impact final push focused on strategy, timing, passage analysis, and problem-solving.
    • Students planning to test in 2027 or later who want to build a strong foundation and learn how to study effectively from the start.
    • Students who have completed (or are close to completing) content review and are ready to apply what they’ve learned through guided practice. If you’re earlier in your preparation, the program will help you identify your biggest content gaps and show you exactly what to prioritize.
    • Students looking for more structure, accountability, and expert instruction to stay consistent and make meaningful progress throughout their MCAT preparation.

Rather than focusing on lectures or content memorization, the MCAT Immersive OnDemand emphasizes problem-based learning, practice exam analysis, and critical reasoning across all sections.

Most students should plan to spend 300+ total hours preparing for the MCAT. The MCAT Immersive On Demand includes 80+ hours of instruction, plus your selected number of one-on-one tutoring hours.

In addition to the course, you’ll spend time completing practice questions, taking full-length exams, and reviewing your work. Your weekly commitment will depend on your test date and study timeline.

Your one-on-one tutoring sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Use them to create a personalized study plan, determine the best MCAT test date, review concepts covered in the course, strengthen challenging content areas, improve your test-taking strategy, or get focused support on anything that’s holding you back.

All sessions are pre-recorded. You can complete the course at your own pace and rewatch sessions as many times as you would like.

You’ll receive an access link after enrolling. Everything is hosted online through a secure platform.

I’m Dr. Ryan Gray, founder of Medical School Headquarters. Like many of you, my med school journey wasn’t smooth—I only got accepted on my second attempt. But that setback pushed me to figure out exactly what it takes to succeed in this competitive process.

In 2012, I launched Medical School Headquarters to help aspiring physicians like you navigate medical school applications with clarity. Fast forward to 2021, we introduced Application Academy—an affordable solution for students to access expert guidance from our top admission advisors.

Since then, hundreds of premeds have transformed their applications and gotten accepted to their dream schools, with thousands more finding success through MSHQ. Now, it’s your turn!
