The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - South Georgia is a 4-year DO-granting program that welcomed its first class in 2019. The South Georgia campus was established to extend PCOM’s commitment to the Georgia and the critical need for physicians in the region. PCOM South Georgia utilizes a team-based approach to learning. The first two years of the curriculum students learn basic sciences and clinical sciences. uses team-oriented learning, and students learn both basic and clinical sciences. PCOM South Georgia offers students the opportunity to learn in a 75,000 square foot facility complete with an anatomy lab, an OMM lab, simulation center, small group study rooms, and more.

Mission

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) is dedicated to the education of students in medicine, health and behavioral sciences. The College fosters the growth of the osteopathic profession by training physicians through programs of study guided by osteopathic medical tradition, concept and practice. PCOM is committed to the advancement of knowledge and intellectual growth through teaching and research, and to the well-being of the community through leadership and service.
