Indiana University School of Medicine is a 4-year MD-granting program that educates more medical students each year than any other school in the United States. Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine is a 4-year DO-granting program that welcomed its first class in 2013. It is the second medical school in the state of Indiana, and the curriculum is integrated and learner-centered. MU-COM offers students a team-based approach to medical training by offering an interprofessional education. The College of Osteopathic Medicine has many organizations to help students grow personally, professionally, socially, and spiritually. They have over 40 organizations that give students the ability to work with the community.
